District Dry

My first thought as I have a sip of District Dry is that the taste is a bit thin. This cider is made from Northern Spy, Gold Rush, and Rhode Island Greening, but the apple flavor is competing heavily with the metal taste of the can. This definitely is a dry cider with low carbonation, but I think I liked the Kosher for Passover Off-dry with only Northern Spy more.

Dry cider with some good apple flavor but a bit watery. Has a nice bite to it. Enjoyable.

Pale yellow colour, moderate fizz and very cloudy. Tart apple aroma. Flavour is light apple and melon with an earthy and lightly tannic finish.

Nice dry cider. Medium apple aroma. Not the most flavorful, but good nonetheless.

Cloudy pale yellow colored pour with moderate carbonation. Moderate to strong apple aroma with a hint of melon. Taste is dry and tannic with a light tart apple flavor backed by moderate acidity with a bit of earthiness.
