Grand Cru

With a slightly dark hay color, an earthy-yeasty aroma fills one’s nose, which then continues, with the first mouthful, an effervescent that has a sharp yeast flavor with apple undertones.

Golden yellow colour, moderate to heavy fizz and cloudiness. Nice fruity peel aroma. Flavour is fruity and juicy with yeast. Dry and soft.

A beautiful cider. Light golden taste, just slightly cloudy with millions of small bubbles, loads of taste from VA and WA apples. We had this at Anxo and also bought cans to enjoy later. Our bartender told us that the cidermaker was especially proud of this cider, and we could see why.
