The Friday night special. A little on the sweet side but coming in at £2.15 in your local Tesco, it is a winner! A simple, balanced blended cider. It has no illusions of grandeur. I've had two in a night and it was getting a little sickly. I sometimes use it as a mixer with a very dry cider.

Light golden straw colour, very transparent. Smells of sweetners hint of apple. The initial taste is alright withgeneric apple flavour but it is over powered by clogging sweetner which lingers in the after taste. The better half thinks it might be more palletable with black current squash. As much as I've slated this cider it is as cheep as they come, so start off on the nice cider and move onto this. Bought from tesco for £2.40
