Rich copper colour, with an apple sauce aroma, laced with spice and blossom. Slightly woody flavour, with apple skin, and a salted caramel aftertaste. Pleasant, if unremarkable cider. Quite sessionable.

Beautiful full bodied Dorset cider. Quite a strong fruity apple only aroma, with a somewhat bittersweet taste. Made exclusively from red streaked Dabinett apples. At 5.8% a perfect session drink.
