Slight sediment. Dark copper-coloured, with a crisp aroma of apple skin and meadow grass. Sharp, dry, and refreshing, with a little tannic finish. Drinkable and thirst-quenching. Lacks the complexity needed for a fifth star.

Copper coloured and hazy. Strong aroma of apple and toffee. Rich apple flavour. Dry, tangy and sharp. Tannic aftertaste.

Very nice cider and it’s organic without sulphates. It has some sediment so if your not used to naturally carbonated ciders, make sure you let it settle for a bit if you want a nice clear pour. It could use a little more tannins but I could drink this every day and not complain. Nice tart and dry cider with a good amount of carbonation, which is my wife’s perfect combination. Got this in a variety pack from Scrattings and wishing I’d gotten a case of just this.
