Elderflower

Some sediment in the bottle. Copper-coloured, with a strong elderflower aroma. Pleasantly sweet and not cloying, with a strong elderflower taste, though the cider is evident in the aftertaste. Too gassy for my taste, but the elderflower taste is pleasant, natural, and refreshing.

Sweet with a strong honey flavour. Pleasant light carbonation.

Golden, clear and with light fizz. Fresh and strong elderflower aroma. I do not generally like fruit cider however this is how I think they should be. Apple flavour is there along with the elderflower and not replaced by it. Lemon is also added giving it a citrus hit that doesn’t overwhelm but gives a nice freshness. It is a bit too gassy and has citric acid added which probably contributes to this and the slightly less pleasant aftertaste.
