Deep golden colour. Clear. Fresh apple aroma with a little oak. Flavour is oak and a little vanilla. Light, smooth and refreshing.

Dark golden, clear, medium dry, quite tart, not all that much taste.

Beautiful dark coloured cider with a smooth almost oak taste and aroma. A little tangy aftertaste, but wonderful nonetheless. Stumbled on this by accident in a great little pub in Battlesbridge Essex. It may be controversial, but I do believe that Dorset is producing the best cider in England at the moment.

Dark amber coloured, and a little hazy, this had some sediment in the bottle. The aroma is floral and musky, with a little oak as an undertone. The flavour is funky and tannic, but not overpowering, and softening in the lingering aftertaste, which holds a hint of honeycomb. Complex and individual. Really enjoyed this.
