Jurassic Skyline

Cloudy amber, with an aroma dominated by funk, but with traces of leather and meadow. There is some fermentation sparkle, and a sharp, tangy fruit flavour us followed by a gentle funk and a hint of wood. The slight sparkle makes this a refreshing drink, and the flavour is pleasant, with just enough character to wake the palate.

Jurassic skyline from Dorset Nectar is a medium sweet cider made from a blend of dessert and local west country cider apples making this a naturally smooth fruity cider bursting with flavour. This is very easy to drink with a soft mouth feel and a medium tartness. The pour has an amber glow with a light carbonation and a tart apple aroma. The unique label has artwork of Weymouth which brings a familiar coastal feel.

Beautiful Dorset cider from the Dorset Nectar orchards in Bridport. Apparently made from both cider and dessert apples grown on site. The fact that its home grown and brewed really makes this special. Slightly hazy appearance, with light carbonation and a wonderful aroma that has a tinge of caramel probably due to the dessert apples. At 4% a perfect session drink. 😃

Slightly cloudy, carbonation wears off fairly quickly. Medium sweet with some oak notes. Lovely picture on the label of what I'm guessing is Weymouth.

Amber, slightly hazy and lightly sparkling. Aroma of caramel and leather. Quite smooth and with a soft mouth feel. Wood in the flavour with a sweet finish.
