Bone dry, refreshing & elegant. Lovely pale salmon. Tiny bubbles. Aside from freshly pressed New York apples, the only ingredients are natural grape skin extract, champagne yeast, & sulfites. Definitely reminiscent of a sparkling wine, I almost get hints of golden raisin & something savory. The only reason I didn't give it one star more is there something a little odd on the nose. Overall, delicious, elegant & refined. A no-brainer.

Very clean look with only a slight pink blush. The nose has some fruit and I note grape as well. It’s described as dry with acidity and it fits that description well. It uses grape skins which I think adds some body, the blush, and the aroma (or I just imagine it). If you like a nice tart cider without much sweetness, you will like this. I think it’s going to go well with the Haitian pork sandwich. Time to find out!

Gorgeous color and ample bubbles. Slightly toasty, perhaps from the champagne yeast. Crisp, tartness lingers till it closes with a quick hit of sweet apple and grape. Really quite enjoyable all around.
