The pour is a clear silvery yellow. What I would call a silver cider. It has medium to high effervescence. The aroma is slightly sour and yeasty. The taste is tart and sour apple. The mouthfeel is medium bodied. The finish is long bitter, acidic, and sour. It gets better with each sip. It’s more acidic and sour than phenolic and astringent.
