Pear Cider

Yeasty, dry, crisp. Little hit of sweetness at the end.

The pour is a pale yellow with a medium level of effervescence. The aroma is sweet with grape characteristics but the pear comes through as well. The taste is sweet followed by tart. The finish is tart followed by sweet. It is quite refreshing and clean. It’s one of those the quenches a thirst and does well with some spicy good.

Nice cider but a bit astringent for my taste. Nice pear flavor though.

Fizzy and champagne-like. I pick up more of a tart citrus flavor than pear. Pretty bland, but easy drinking.
