Hopped Cider

Copper coloured, light fizz and clear. Light apple aroma with dried fruit. Light apple leads to a metallic flavour and finishes rather watery. Hints of citrus but most flavours seem to be washed away.

By adding dry hops to our cider before bottling, we have managed to combine the citrus and floral flavours of hops with our traditional Worcestershire cider to achieve this unique and satisfying drink.
