Dark yellow colour, moderate fizz and still. Aroma has leather. Flavour has straw and apple peel.

Yellow in colour, with an aroma which combines the leather of an old horse harness, with straw and apple skin. The tart and fruity initial flavour does not develop, and there is little discernible aftertaste, though there is a dryness there, and a little tannic astringency. This is noticeably more alcoholic than the Aspall Suffolk Draught, but it lacks that cider's complexity and character. A little disappointing compared to the other Aspall's ciders, but still perfectly drinkable.

Nice cider bit a bit sweet. However, this one is carbonated, which I prefer.

I liked this cider a lot. Reminds me a bit of Seattle Semi-sweet. Nice flavour and fairly easy to get around the Midlands in UK.

Good sparkle, but a bit drier and more astringent than I like.
