With a dark amber color and a faint crisp saccharin scent, as one fills the glass a brief bubble veil runs up the side of the glass and with the first mouthful a raspberry flavor with and strong effervescent undertone fills ones mouth.

A clean sweet cider with rich red pour. Tastes like a Chardonnay with a thick/greasy mouth feel. Very quaffable cider none the less.

Pour is a nice reddish hue with a decent effervescence. I was expecting blackberry aroma but picked up more apple. The apple carried through to the finished with just a hint of blackberry in the flavor. The finish is apple and acid. Overall, I enjoyed it but I my adjuncts to be more forward.

Really nice color, alcohol taste is like non-existent, which makes that cider to a perfect summer drink. I like the sweetness, but the fruit aroma is not very strong. can't decide if i like it or not because it can deliver a pretty and natural tone. Also i missed a bit of the fizziness an aspall usually has. But overall a pretty nice drink!

Aspall Perronelle's Blush (4% ABV, 500ml). Made with fermented apple and blackberry juice. Deep, clear red colour. The aroma is mostly lightly tart apples, with a dash of blackberries. Medium body and carbonation. Taste is red, sweetish apples and equal parts blackberry, with contrasting vinegary and tannic notes. Lemon sourness persists into the finish, with lingering blackberry flavour. Mildly sour aftertaste. Solid, but again, as with the "Draught", the sourness is a bit much. 6.5/10

A really good English cider, crisp apple taste with a berry undertone. Very drinkable, rose blush colored, great dinner cider.

I like this quite a bit. Light, fruity not too sweet. Would go well with savory.
