Dry

Dry,apple,clean,refreshing

Clear golden colour, light fizz. Dry crisp aroma with slight funk. Fruity intial flavour followed by dry crisp notes which linger nicely on the pallet.

A bit on the sweet side of dry.

Yellow gold colour, slightly hazy and slightly sparkling. A light aroma with a little hay. Pretty appley with some caramel. Dry, sharp, tannic finish.

Vivid yellow, with a light fruit aroma, carrying light sawdust and perhaps a hint of seaweed. Dry, with tangy fruit, and a caramel tone in the aftertaste, with soft tannins in the abrupt finish. I found this a little unsatisfying, with several promises unkept, and the whole a little off kilter. It hints at complexity, but none of the flavour elements really develop sufficiently, nor harmonise.
