Some varietals can be too one dimensional but this is a beautiful blend of these two bittersharp apples. Pours perfectly still, full-bodied with soft fruit and a balance of tannins and acidity.

Comes in a 750 ml bottle, and is made from a blend of Kingston Black and Redstreak cider apples. Rich, golden colour, with an aroma of spice and something like old books! It has a soft, velvety mouth feel, and the flavour is wine-like, with soft tannins, cloves, and apple brandy. Luxurious, complex, and very drinkable. A beautifully made cider.

A really complex, tart, tannic English cider. Funky band-aids on the palate, cider fruit on the nose. Very interesting.

Golden colour, clear and still. Apple aroma with barrel, whisky and vanilla. Ripe apple with syrup which takes the edge of the calvados finish. Very smooth and soft.
