Medium Dry Herefordshire Perry

Pale gold/yellow colour, slightly sparkling and clear. Citrus aroma. Flavour of elderflower and sherbet. Soft mouthfeel. Crisp and refreshing.

Pale golden, with a ripe pear aroma, and a citrus edge. Sharp fruit flavour, with a lemon tone in the aftertaste, and a slight woody bitterness in the finish. A little less carbonation would gave let the full flavour spectrum come through. Still, quite pleasant and refreshing, and would go well with an almond tart or a blue cheese quiche.
