Another Herefordshire beauty, just what real cider is all about. Very strong no-nonsense apple taste and an aroma of freshly sawn wood. Rich golden colour with just the right amount of sweetness to counter any bitterness that creeps in. At a decent 5%, I found this most enjoyable 😄

Rich, golden colour, with a pungent aroma of ripe, bruised apple and fresh sawdust. Dry, bittersweet taste, with tones of toffee and straw; soft tannins and wood in the aftertaste, giving a little bitterness to balance the sweeter tones. Refreshing and complex; most enjoyable.
