Very pale, quite fizzy. This has a nice rounded taste to it. I could drink a lot of this and fall over. :)

Light golden in colour, slightly sparkling from the bottle. Light apple nose from the glass, moderate cider taste and very drinkable.

Rich, golden colour, with a fruity, meadow grass aroma. Fruity, caramel flavour, with a tangy, tannic aftertaste, and a little funk underlying it. Rich, mellow, and complex. Beautifully-made cider, which is very drinkable and full of character.
