Golden colour, a little hazy and very cloudy. Single variety cider from Dabinett apples. Citrus aroma. Woody flavour with astringent finish.

Single variety (Dabinett), bottle conditioned, wild yeast fermented, and aged for 3 years. Comes in a 375 ml bottle, with significant sediment. Pale golden in colour, with a herbal, citrusy aroma. Dryish, woody flavour. Disappointing. Somewhat bland, and lacks character and depth.
