This is described as a semi dry, and compared to their semi sweet apple, it is. But it’s one of the Better dry-ish hard ciders that I’ve tasted in a while. You get the apple taste clearly, without having to put up with bitter taste at the end of your swallow, to grant the drink license to be called semi dry. It’s really good and goes well with meats and dinner fare.
