Rambling Route Pear

This cider has a clean, crisp flavor that’s sweet and refreshing. I felt like it was a summer flavor that would pair well with a picnic in the park. I loved this cider!

Well you can tell by the fact that there's little left in my glass, that I liked this. Has a bit of a bitter aftertaste but the more I drank, the better I liked it. *hic!*

Decent pear cider in a can. Just enough butter.

The pour is a clear pale yellow with light effervescence. The aroma is yeasty and phenolic with a slight pear note. The taste is dry, slightly tart, and slightly bitter. I don’t really get much pear or apple. Some alcohol and a medicinal element to it. The finish is medium acidic and slightly astringent. It has some mouthfeel but overall I’m not a big fan. The medicinal taste element keeps coming through.
