Murmuration

A blending of two cider styles. Dryish, mine was paler than the photograph, almost colourless, and highly carbonated for bag-in-box. I would have enjoyed it more on a hot day, or maybe with a hot curry.

Light golden colour, slightly sparkling and clear. Aroma is very light with maybe some cut grass and a good amount of citrus. Flavour has a toffee hint to it with some citrus and an earthy background. This is clean and ok but is not distinctive.

Tastes like a plant. Aftertaste is really grassy. Not full bodied
