Comes in a 750 ml champagne bottle, and is a keeved cider, matured in old whisky casks.
Pale copper-coloured, with a fruity aroma, carrying tones of oak and whisky.
Vanilla and apple give way to subtle, smoky whisky and velvety tannins.
Very pleasant, and drinkable. Quite a soft keeving, and more subtle, less complex, than others I've tasted, but it is well-matched to the whisky.
