One Juice 2019

Clear copper colored pour. Medium to heavy carbonation. Crisp and moderately acidic taste with bold tannins as well as a hint of wet wood Other flavors include a good bit of vanilla, some caramel and a hint of clove/fall spice. Get a some black tea and citrus rind in the finish. Semi-dry. Keeved. Medium bodied. Drinks very easy.

Amber coloured, lightly sparkling and clear. An experiment where five cider makes take the same juice pressed by Ross on Wye and make cider from it. This is the Pilton version. This is the first I’ve tried but I find this an interesting experiment. Rich aroma of dried fruit. Flavour has raisins, oak and vanilla.
