Reddish brown colour similar to autumn leaves, still and very cloudy. Strong ripe apple aroma. Strong apple taste with spice. Very smooth and rich.

I have classified this with the ice ciders, as this is a concentrated cider, made from Pilton keeved cider. However, this is pyro-concentrated, rather than cryo-concentrated, fuelled by Pilton's own Wassail fires. Cloudy, brownish-red, with a strong, ripe, apple aroma, carrying distinct tones of skin, core, and pomace. Strong pomace flavour, with sharp skin tones, carrying a little spice and citrus in the finish. Very moreish, and an ideal fireside nightcap.
