Dark brown, still and very cloudy. Strong ripe fruit aroma. Strong taste of very ripe apple and dried fruit. Really thick mouthfeel. Derp and intense with wine like qualities.

My first ice cider, this comes in a 375 ml corked bottle. Deep red, like a port wine, with a strong aroma of pomace and raisin. Soft, mellow flavour, with a thick port wine mouth feel, becoming more intense in the aftertaste, bearing tones of black tea, raisin, apple skin, and overripe apples, before the finish of prune and dried apricot. Intense, complex, and powerful. A nice digestif, and would be a worthy accompaniment to a Stilton or Blacksticks Blue cheese.
