Cheeky Pig

Absolutely beautiful Somerset cider. Slightly dark in colour, with a bit of an astringent pear flavoured aftertaste, but none of that takes away from the overall marvellous taste. Well worth 4 stars and at 7.5%, definitely an all day session drink.

Please note: this is the bag in the box variant found in pubs. A rich flavoured pyder with a light burn on the way down. Recommended for explorers and veterans.

Dark amber, with a pear drop aroma. Slight sediment in the bottle. Syrupy texture, with pear dominating the flavour, alongside an alcohol burn, as if it had been laced with brandy. A little too sweet and cloying for my taste, but quite drinkable, in a smaller glass, as a digestif.

Sweet,rich,fruity,perry,full bodied

Mix of cider and perry, I don't know how Lilley's can describe it as medium dry, it's quite sweet. Full bodied and rich.
