Dabinett

Big fan of this, possibly slightly on the sweet side but good astringency, toffee apple taste, nice soft sparkle, not too fizzy

Semi sweet,rustic

good fruit aroma, very light carbonation . Slightly cloudy, astringent on the tongue with a marked bitter aftertaste.

Golden, a bit fizzy and pretty cloudy! Single variety cider. Apple pie aroma. Lovely apple toffee sauce taste with a tannin hit in the finish. Nice body with a little astringency!

Single variety, small batch cider, made with wild yeasts. Faint toffee-apple aroma, but the flavour is more of apple sauce. Sweetish, and lacking much by way of an aftertaste. Very drinkable, but a little disappointing when compared to the Harry's Cider Dabinett I tasted recently.

Can't decent if this is a dry or sweet cider so it is bang in the middle. Definitely a dry start with toffee notes on the aftertaste for me. Slight carbonation with a slightly haze.
