The nose is amazing - it’s the follow-up that doesn’t match. With a good sniff you’ll get plenty of floral notes, honey dew melon, orange peel and creamy fudge/toffee apple and all the delights of your local sweet shop. The taste? It’s fairly light, short on length and light to medium bodied. This cider is very light on fizz and is smooth and silky on first sip - with a dryness that dissipates to a short hint of bitterness at the end. It also has a hint of peat and earth with a light caramel texture. The colour is a faint hazy golden, light orange and swills around the glass with perfection. Overall, I was slightly disappointed with this single variety Dabinett (it was £3.65 for the bottle from Lawn Farm Shop in Wiltshire) as it just didn’t have enough compared with other Dabinett ciders I’ve had in the past. At 5.6% ABV you could have more than one - but for now, one is enough. 3/5.

Big fan of this, possibly slightly on the sweet side but good astringency, toffee apple taste, nice soft sparkle, not too fizzy

A bittersweet dabinett cider with a tart after taste. A darker shade of amber with a slight haze.

Can't decide if this is a dry or sweet cider so it is bang in the middle. Definitely a dry start with toffee notes on the aftertaste for me. Slight carbonation with a slightly haze.

Golden, a bit fizzy and pretty cloudy! Single variety cider. Apple pie aroma. Lovely apple toffee sauce taste with a tannin hit in the finish. Nice body with a little astringency!

Single variety, small batch cider, made with wild yeasts. Faint toffee-apple aroma, but the flavour is more of apple sauce. Sweetish, and lacking much by way of an aftertaste. Very drinkable, but a little disappointing when compared to the Harry's Cider Dabinett I tasted recently.
