Tremlett

This was my favorite of when I stopped by Perry’s and sampled their ciders. I appreciated the body and astringency along with a little funk. My palette prefers dryer ciders and I definitely enjoyed this one.

There's a little something for everyone in this cider. It's a dry to medium, slightly earthy, single variety cider. It's got a good body, nice fruity aroma and a good balance of sharp acidity to honey sweetness. It's very drinkable and sessionable. You can taste the skill of the brewer in this one.

Really tasty cider. Golden hazy colour, slight funky notes on the nose. Gives a tingly sour sensation across the tongue. Dry notes with a juicy finish at the end. This cider has loads of character and is astonishing that it comes from a single apple.

Dry,sparkling,refreshing

Tremlett's Bitter single varietal. Cloudy amber,with apple sauce and pomace aroma. Somewhat tart and slightly bitter apple juice flavour. Quite refreshing, though lacks depth or complexity.

Golden colour, slightly cloudy with light fizz. Single variety cider. Rich apple sauce aroma with leather. A touch of tartness to start, rich apple flavour and oak and tannins in the finish. Good body and a little funky.
