Stoke Red Dessert

Comes in an elegant 375 ml bottle. Copper-coloured, with a funky aroma, carrying tones of wood and sherry. Rich and thick, with a sherry-like flavour, and distinct funk underlying. Very different. Nicely sippable, and a good digestif for a winter's evening in.

Stoke Red has a very apple only taste, very sweet, with a dryness to it that tickles the back of the throat. Strong honey and nettle aroma but it’s a very drinkable cider nonetheless, apparently made from a single variety Herefordshire apple. Highly recommended
