The pour is a cloudy amber with medium effervescence. It has a sour aroma which fits its style of a lambic style cider. They make several varieties of their crew selection. This one uses cranberries and more type of yeast than I can list. The taste is dry (this was bottle conditioned) slightly acidic, woody, and sour. It has a long vinegar (acetic acid) finish. It has some body and mouthfeel it’s light. My palate still doesn’t appreciate these Spanish or sour ciders. I’m trying but they are my favorite.
