I generally run towards dry ciders and this cider is a tad bit sweet. There is a nice balance with the dandelion and burdock. There is a predominant apple flavor with medium carbonation. Upon drinking the cider becomes a little to sweet at the end, but enjoyable when cold.

Clear golden pour. Heavy carbonation. Nice honey-based, floral aroma. Moderate acidity. Taste, like the nose, is honey-forward and semi-sweet. Chamomile also comes through nicely. Can also taste a hint of sweet pear and apple.

Had this from a bottle. Tastes like a mead- quite sweet, but nice. Good with dessert or alone. Wouldn't have with savory food.

This is a pretty solid cider. I like the honey & chamomile flavors. It is decently complex, with some moderate tartness & acidity with some bitterness. I'd guess the lemon balm may contribute some to the tartness. Very unique. I prefer their Lavender Black Currant variety of the Finnriver ciders I've tried, but have plenty left to try still.
