Not my favorite Finnriver cider. The oak is pretty forward, pushing the apple taste to the rear and making the overall flavor fairly funky (along with the varietals that Finnriver uses in its ciders). Reviewed on 28 Apr 2019 - Got cider at Revolve Food & Wine in Bothell 3 likes

Cider made from Organic Washington dessert apple varieties, aged in rye whiskey barrels. Mild barrel and spirit influence with moderate sessionability. Smooth. Notes of honey, lemon, oak, mineral, and hints of whiskey & vanilla. I would have loved to see them age this much longer, as it remained low to moderate in flavor intensity.
