The pour has a very slight haze and is a light gold with some effervescence. It looked almost silver when pouring but settled into a pale gold. The aroma is apple with a slight acetic element at the end. The taste is tart and sour (acetic). It is dry and some body. The finish has Apple and tart. It definitely has the acetic elements that I have read about for Spanish Sidra. It’s my first Spanish style cider and I like it but I’d need to drink it more to develop a taste for it.
