Not much fruit aroma but a very rich funky- farmyard flavor. Smooth taste with a little sour-bitter hit at the swallow. Good on its own or with dessert.

A really neat blend of assorted apples from people's backyards and small farms from across the Olympic Penninsula. Great balance between the acid and sweetness when cold with just the slightest hint of carbonation. I would love to taste this bone dry.

This is a perfectly drinkable cider, but more astringent than I prefer. Cool concept though, made with some gathered at a community celebration, with sales benefiting a local food bank. I'll drink to that!

Nice medium bodied cider. Full of flavor and the fruit taste is mild but distinct 👍

Yum! I love the bittersweet apple notes and noticeable tannins. I also pick up some oak, honey, citrus, yeast, vanilla, and spice. Runs about $9 for a 500ml bottle.
