A really neat blend of assorted apples from people's backyards and small farms from across the Olympic Penninsula. Great balance between the acid and sweetness when cold with just the slightest hint of carbonation. I would love to taste this bone dry.
This is a perfectly drinkable cider, but more astringent than I prefer. Cool concept though, made with some gathered at a community celebration, with sales benefiting a local food bank. I'll drink to that!
