Draught cider

This is a slightly hazy, still "farmyard" cider. It is straw yellow colour and is refreshingly light. There's a slight funk to the finish but I would also say it has a crispness. There are no layers of complexity here. It is simple, very good, drinkable and at 6% it will hit you. This is only available at the mill. Filled on demand from the cask.
