Old Blossom

Yellow colour, clear with moderate fizz. Floral aroma. Fruity flavour with the apple still (just about) prominent and a nice elderflower finish. Not normally my thing but had this in a hot bath and it was pretty refreshing!

As one who does not usually like fruity ciders, this is a little nicer. The elderflower aroma and taste are nicely understated. Key Apple Varieties. Brown's Apple, Michelin & Three Counties. Tasted at Sandford Orchards, Crediton.

Pale amber in colour, with a delicate, natural, floral aroma of elderflower. Rich, buttery cider, with delicate elderflower complementing the cider. The aftertaste hints at soft tannins. Well-blended, with a degree of complexity unusual in an elderflower cider.
