Golden orange colour, moderate haziness and still. Rich ripe apple aroma with dried fruit. Flavour has apple peel, raisins and a touch of vanilla. Rich and smooth with a soft mouthfeel.

The version I had (b-in-b) was only 5.8%. Yellow, a bit cloudy, medium, easy drinking.

Too bitter for my liking, same as the other two I tried from them, but slightly less so. This one is also very tart & acidic, which is unusual for an English cider. I liked the rich flavor notes, with orange, leather, caramel, and bittersweet apples, and would love to see this with less bitterness and tartness.

A great taste - DEVON SCRUMPY. A great bitter/tart "tooth on edge" taste - I could drink this all day. Key Apple Varieties. Northwood, Brown’s Apple, Kirton Fair & Ellis Bitter Tasted at Sandford Orchards, Crediton.
