Copper coloured, hazy with light ish fizz. Single variety cider. Aroma is of over ripe apple with late blossom. Fruity with some smokiness and a tannic finish.

Comes in a 660 ml bottle. Single varietal, marking a move upmarket for Sandford. Hazy, light copper colour, with a pomace aroma, carrying a hint of tobacco. Fruity, with slight berry tones, becoming softly tannic in the aftertaste, with, perhaps, a suggestion of oak. Nice, rounded flavour, which exploits the character of the Yarlington Mill apple. Stronger than it tastes! Goes well with a proper mature Lancashire cheese.
