Golden colour, mid range fizz and light ish carbonation. Single variety cider. Aroma of baked apple. Lots of oak in the flavour and a lot of tannins in the finish.

Comes in a 660 ml bottle. Amber-coloured, with a light oak aroma, carrying some pomace. Tangy apple juice flavour, becoming tannic and bitter in the aftertaste, with a little oak. Seems a little raw and immature, and probably needed longer maturation.

On leaf fermentation using Tremlett's apples, and LEAVES. A nice drinkable cider. Tasted at Sandford Orchards, Crediton.
