This was a special release only for their club members, but they had some extra bottles which they offered to the public, only at their tap room. Still. Aged 9 months in bourbon barrels. Served room temperature and described as a sipping cider. I think I would have liked this way better if cold, as at 14% it was a bit harsh. Moderate to high spirit influence and moderate barrel influence. Notes of bourbon, oak, vanilla, slight maple, and slight must. I wish I would have asked the bottle price, but with a 750ml bottle, I don't think I would have drank it very fast! Reviewed on 28 Feb 2016
