Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith, Golden Delicious, and Red Delicious apples. Wild yeast fermentation. Aged 6 months. Special release from Woodinville WA available in the greater Seattle area. Runs about $10 for a 750ml bottle, so not too spendy either. Found at Full Throttle Bottles. Tasty! Kinda farmhouse style (unfiltered) which reminds me of sweet unfermented cider, except the bite at the end. Not funky though. Very fragrant and flavorful. However, I got an incredibly foamy bottle, maybe from secondary fermentation? It decided to open slightly in the car (my fault as it rolled a bit and probably bumped something), then tried to explode and foamed over when I reopened it the next night (plus the flavor was foamy). Reminds me of JK Scrumpy's ciders, except not quite as sweet and a bit more complex. Quite different from Locust's Original Dry & Green Tea Infused, which barely had any flavor.
