Golden, still with some haziness. Aroma of cider vinegar but in a good way! Oak in the taste with a tannic finish.

A Breton-style keeved cider from an English producer. Copper-coloured, and with the typical malty, cider vinegar aroma. The flavour is similar to a Breton cider, but without the vinegar edge, and with less oak and tannins, though the tannins are still very evident. Overall, this is a more drinkable version of a keeved cider, though lacking some of the complexity of the Breton product. Would be a good introduction to the style for the novice.
