One Juice 2019

Amber coloured, moderate fizz and clear. An experiment where five cider makers take the same juice pressed by Ross on Wye and make cider from it. The juice is Brown’s apple & Dabinett. This is the Hogan’s version. Pear drop aroma. Fruity flavour with pear and pineapple. Rich and smooth.

Clear copper colored pour. Heavy carbonation. Moderate to strong aroma. Very tannic taste…probably the most tannic of the bunch. Lots of black tea flavor backed by some pineapple and juicy pear. Moderate acidity. Semi-dry. Moderate tartness.
