Golden, clear, medium, very fruity, a hint of sprouts which isn't meant as an insult as I like them. An interesting novelty but I wouldn't drink pints of it.

Golden colour, moderate heavy fizz and clear. The aroma is all elderflower. You can taste apple but only just. The elderflower is too dominant but has nice light citrus flavours. Nice and fresh fir a warm day but a bit too fizzy, a bit too sweet and a bit too much elderflower.

Rich golden colour, with a strong elderflower aroma. Strong, tangy elderflower taste, followed by bittersweet apple flavour, with a little skin. Unusual elderflower cider, as the underlying cider is obvious in the aftertaste, and this is less sweet than other elderflower ciders.
