Cheddar Valley

Interesting colour. This is one of Thatcher's better ciders. Happy to buy it at the Thatcher's shop as a refill but wouldn't buy it in a bag in the box. Available as sweet medium and dry as they just throw more sugar into the apple juice. The dry isn't overly dry as the apples which make it bring a sweetness. Not much of an after taste.

Big flavor big impact - nice

Orange colour, slightly hazy and still. Like fruit aroma with spice. Chewy and funky but only hints of apple. Nothing to write home about and not sure I’ve had a 6% cider that can hit as hard as this.
