Chaider

Yum!!! I love good seasonal fall ciders and this one knocks it out of the park, with scents like pumpkin pie, warm cinnamon and ginger. It tastes slightly of pumpkin spice but then hits with the aftertaste of a chai tea (with slight carbonation) and I’m here for it! It’s a medium bodied cider full of excellent spice.

The pour is a light amber with light effervescence and it actually retains a slight foam on the edge. The aroma is pumpkin pie spices. The taste is off-dry apple pie. The finish is long tart and bitter. It has some mouthfeel and is well balanced. It reminds me of my spiced cider. I like it a lot.

I was pleasantly surprised by this cider- it tastes like a fall or winter drink. It has a warmness and cinnamons flavor due to the chai, but didn’t have the ginger I dislike in some chai. Very solid cider.

Clear light yellow in color. This cider is like drinking a cup of cold chai tea without milk or honey & lightly carbonated. Nice little spicy after taste.

Big cinnamon aroma. Taste is tea like with clove, cinnamon and apple tea dominating. Sweet edge and not much carbonation.

Musky flavor. Not semi sweet to me. No need to order this again.

Too sweet and too much clove in the flavour, for my taste.
