Described as dry, floral, and bubbly. The profile indicators Schilling uses says dry, sharp, and middle sparkling. I agree with the profile indicators but not so much the description. Dry, acidic, and a nice color from the hibiscus. It’s very attractive color and if you like dry and slightly tart, it’s a nice cider. I don’t get much floral. Overall, not my favorite but my palette prefers more body and tannins. My wife like more acid and bubbles and she quite enjoyed it.
