This cider is really good, basically an alternate to the original Excelsior. However I think the original just barely edges it out in taste and abv.

Schillings has this labeled as a dry, though it seems more semi dry to me. I had this on draft at the Schillings Cider house in Fremont. It is a delicious cider. Very rich flavour for a dry, smooth and complex. Delicious.

Dry, complex heirloom cider made from Lucy Glo apples, which are red inside - a cross between the Honeycrisp apple and the Airlie Red Flesh apple. 8.1% ABV, so this packs a punch.
